INVITATION TO TENDER

Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following project.

PROJECT TITLE: site preparation and construction of RC slab at Kan Tobruk Housing Estate; Sans Soucis

ELIGIBILITY: Contractors with license Class 2 or 3

Any companies wishing to participate in the tender can collect the Tender document by Monday 22^nd as from 9 AM at the PMC reception Room 4, Oceangate House Building until Wednesday 24^th August 2022 by 3pm.

Pre-bid meeting and site visit: Thursday 25^th August, 2022 at 9.00 AM,

The meeting point shall be at the Sans Soucis Layby near Kan-Tobruk housing estate road.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Title clearly marked “site preparation and construction of RC slab at Kan Tobruk Housing Estate; Sans Soucis”

Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at Property Management Corporation, Ocean Gate House Room 04 before 10.00am on Thursday 30^th August 2022.

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10.00am. Bidders are welcome to attend the tender opening.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
