INVITATION TO TENDER
The Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following project.
PROJECT TITLE: Remedial works to damaged concrete structures in Block A, B, C, D & E
at Eden Village, Roche Caiman
The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class One (1) and Two (2) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.
PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 5 months
SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:
Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Monday 19th September 2022 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 23th September 2022 not later than 2.30pm
PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Monday 26th September 2022 at 10.30am. The meeting place shall be at the Shop car park inside Eden village.
Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.
SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project title clearly marked “REMEDIAL WORKS TO DAMAGED CONCRETE STRUCTURES IN BLOCK A, B, C, D, E AT ROCHE CAIMAN (EDEN VILLAGE)” and must be deposited in the tender box at National Tender Board (NTB), 1ST Floor, Maison De Mahe, before 10.30AM THURSDAY 6TH OCTOBER 2022 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
