Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following project.
PROJECT TITLE: GROUNDS & CLEANING MAINTENANCE AT PMC HOUSING ESTATES IN GLACIS, BEAU VALLON, BEL OMBRE, ST LOUIS, MONT BUXTON AND EXPAT HOUSES
The tender has been divided into Twenty Nine (29) Lots.
ELIGIBILITY:
The following are eligible to tender under equal terms. All registered contractors not possessing any civil works licenses class 1, 2, and 3, having registered in the Seychelles.
BIDDERS MUST RESIDE IN THE DISTRICT BEING TENDERED.
PERFORMANCE PERIOD:2 year contract.
SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:
Tender documents shall be collected at the DA’s Office Glacis, Beau Vallon, Bel Ombre, St Louis, Mont Buxton as from Friday 25" March 2022 from 9am to 3pm. Deadline to collect tender documents is Tuesday 29" March 2022 at 3pm.
