REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR LEGAL SERVICES
PMC is seeking the services of a registered Lawyer or Law Firm to provide the following services;
- 1) represent the interest of the Corporation in legal matters
- 2) provide legal advice to the Corporation
- 3) notarial services
- 4) provide legal drafting
- 5) represent the Corporation in court cases and provide report
- 6) prepare notices and warning in cases of breach of agreement
- 7) prepare transfer, legal documents, contracts and review of same
- 8) signature of legal documents
- 9) any other legal work as and when requested by PMC
Duration of Contract: 2 years

Submission of interest
Interested parties should submit their interest in a sealed envelope marked “Request for Proposal for Legal services” addressed to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Property Management Corporation, Ocean Gate House, and submitted in the Tenders Box at, Property Management Corporation, Ocean Gate House, Room 135 by Friday 25th November 2022 by 3pm.
