The Re-Roofing scheme, managed by PMC is a mechanism where home owners are assisted to re-roof their house. PMC facilitates the entire process by providing funding, the scope of work, tendering out the projects and supervising the entire process. The concrete tiles are replaced with corrugated zinc aluminum sheets , the eaves, gutters and flasher boards are also replaced.

The scheme is available for semi-detached home owners who purchased their home from PMC, and tenants only have to focus on the monthly repayment of the scheme. Those who  owned their homes for less than 15 Years repay only 50% of the total costs, whereas above that, the total repayment is at 100%.
